Dalton Recruitment has been retained by an extremely exciting business, who are in a high growth scale up phase, to secure them their first People & Culture Director who can not only further develop the operational HR landscape for the current business (120 people ) but design & deliver the future people agenda as the business grows (900 projected headcount over a multi-site structure).
Working closely with the senior leadership team and supported initially by a small HR team (which will grow as the business grows), the People & Culture Director will play a huge part in shaping the next chapter of their journey - genuinely helping to build an organisation where colleagues feel inspired, supported and proud of their work, within a culture that’s inclusive, high-performing and a pleasure to be part of.
How they deliver their services & how they embrace technology to enhance the overall customer experience is groundbreaking - and incredibly exciting. They need someone who can roll their sleeves up, throw themselves into the role in a VC backed business & bring with them the level of knowledge, passion and HR experience to i) be confident in further delivering the HR framework for the current business and ii) strategically think 2 steps ahead to seamlessly facilitate the growth they are going through. It will be an incredible journey to be part of and they fully expect this role to develop into a CPO post for someone committed to it.
The role offers a salary circa £95,000-£100,000 with package including share options.. They currently support hybrid working with 3 days in their London office (and sites) and 2 from home although this may change as the business grows.
